How lesson inquiries are handled
This notice explains what Logic Mosaic receives when you write, call, or ask for a seat. It was revised on 1 September 2026.
Data controller
The controller is Logic Mosaic, the registered business at 45 Haeundaehaebyeon-ro, Haeundae-gu, Busan, 48094. Email info@logicmosaic.click. Phone 051-742-3091. Lee Haeun is the person responsible for requests about student and inquiry records.
What we receive
The contact form asks for your name, email address, the lesson you are considering, an optional preferred day, and a message. If you call, we may note the same details in the desk book. Payment arrangements for a deposit or fee add the payment reference your bank shows. We do not ask for resident registration numbers, account passwords, or details of your holdings.
Why we keep it
We use these details to answer you, hold a seat, run the lesson you booked, and keep a record of fees. The legal bases we rely on are your request to take steps before a lesson contract, performance of that contract when a seat is confirmed, and legal duties that apply to business records in Korea.
Retention
Unbooked inquiries are kept for 24 months and then deleted or shredded. Records of a paid lesson, including the deposit and the fee, are kept for five years to meet bookkeeping practice, then destroyed. Your browser stores the cookie-bar choice locally under the key logicmosaic-consent until you clear it. That choice is not sent to us as a file.
Your rights
Under the Personal Information Protection Act you may ask to see the records we hold about you, to correct them, to delete them when the law allows, and to limit processing. Write to info@logicmosaic.click. We answer within a reasonable period and, in any case, within the time the Act requires. You may also raise a concern with the Personal Information Protection Commission.
International transfers
Logic Mosaic keeps inquiry and lesson records in the Republic of Korea. The site loads typefaces from Google Fonts, so your browser contacts Google’s servers when a page opens. That request can include your IP address and is described again on the cookie page. We do not sell personal information and we do not move student files to another country as a standing practice. If a future host or email provider stores mail outside Korea, we will say so in this notice before relying on that provider for lesson records.
Children
Lessons are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
