Terms for the site and the study room
These terms cover use of logicmosaic.click and requests for lessons with Logic Mosaic. They were last revised on 1 September 2026.
Acceptance
By using this site or asking for a seat, clinic place, or review sitting, you agree to these terms. If you are writing on behalf of a small group that wants the room privately, you confirm you can speak for that booking.
The lessons
Logic Mosaic teaches technical analysis training in person: chart trends, channels, and market structure. A confirmed seat is a place at the desk for the dates agreed by email. Lesson descriptions on the site are the scope. Extra topics are not added on the night unless the teacher folds a short question into the scheduled work.
Studio time is spent on marking charts. Any decision to buy or sell a market stays with the student and their own broker. Fees, deposits, cancellations, and refunds are set out on the rates and refund pages, which form part of these terms.
Intellectual property
The lesson sequence, blank chart packs, site text, and photographs belong to Logic Mosaic. Students keep the paper they mark for their own study. They may not sell, scan for resale, or teach from the blank packs as if the sequence were theirs. A marked sheet you created remains yours.
Acceptable use of the site
Use the contact form for genuine lesson inquiries. Do not send misleading identities, automated submissions, or material that has nothing to do with studying at the desk. We may ignore messages that do not relate to a lesson.
Liability
Chart marks are a record of swings and lines, and they can be wrong, revised, or overturned by later price. Logic Mosaic is not liable for market losses, missed sessions caused by your travel, or decisions you make after class. Where Korean law allows a limit, liability related to a lesson is capped at the fee you paid for that lesson. Nothing in these terms removes rights that the law of the Republic of Korea does not allow to be removed.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes that relate to the study room or this site are subject to the courts of Busan, where Logic Mosaic is established, unless a mandatory consumer rule requires another forum.
