Refunds
When a fee comes back, and when it stays
These rules apply to the studio, the channel clinic, the markup review, and a private booking of the room. They were revised on 1 September 2026. Ask about a refund at info@logicmosaic.click or 051-742-3091.
Eligibility and timeframe
You may cancel a studio seat with a full refund of any amount already paid, including the ₩80,000 deposit, if the written cancellation reaches us at least seven days before the first evening. Between seven days and the first evening, the deposit is kept and any further fee already paid is refunded. After the first evening has been held, fees follow the partial rules below.
Partial refund after work has started
Each studio evening is one sixth of the ₩480,000 fee. Evenings already held are not refunded. Remaining evenings can be refunded if you withdraw in writing before they take place. If you have attended three evenings, half of the studio fee remains with Logic Mosaic and half can be returned. Chart packs already printed for you are a used material: their cost, ₩25,000, is deducted from a refund once the pack has been handed to you.
Clinic, review, and private bookings
A channel clinic fee is refunded in full if you cancel at least three days before the Saturday. Inside three days the fee is kept, because the sheet has been counted into a full table of eight. A markup review is refunded in full if you cancel at least one full day before the sitting. Later cancellation, or a no-show, keeps the ₩140,000 fee because the hour cannot be refilled. A private room booking is quoted individually; the quote will state the cancellation window before you pay. If that window has not been stated, you may cancel with a full refund until three days before the booking.
Rescheduling
A studio student may move once to the next studio, if there is a seat, by writing at least 48 hours before their next evening. A review sitting may move once with at least one full day of notice. A second move is treated as a cancellation under the rules above. Clinics are not rescheduled person by person; you may take a later clinic under the cancellation rule instead.
No-shows
If you do not arrive and do not write, the evening or sitting is treated as held. Studio evenings missed this way are not refunded and are not restaged. You still keep any pack already given to you. Illness notified before the start of that evening is treated as a reschedule request, not as a no-show, within the one-move limit.
When Logic Mosaic cancels
If we cancel a studio, clinic, review, or private booking, you receive a full refund of what you paid for the cancelled dates, including the deposit. If we cancel a single studio evening and cannot offer a replacement date in the same three weeks, that evening’s share of the fee is returned.
Method and timing
Refunds go back by the same method you used to pay, usually the bank account that sent the transfer. We start the refund within five business days of agreeing it, and the bank may take further days to show the credit. Write to info@logicmosaic.click with the name on the booking and the lesson date.
